I have over 20 years of varied experience in client care and service. I’ve spent the last 15 years in the real estate, mortgage and property management business here in Southern California. My background in these different fields has given me a well-rounded level of expertise to help both sellers, buyers and investors. I’m dedicated to continually educating myself to ensure that our clients not only have the confidence that I’m knowledgeable and experienced, but also that I am trustworthy and caring. The process of buying or selling a home is a very emotional and exciting time and I invest the time needed to ensure that my clients will have a smooth ride from the beginning to the end.

Charlie Lott

I’ve been passionate about construction and real estate since obtaining my contractor’s license in 1981. Well, here I am 35 years later and still loving what I do. I know that no single approach is right for every client, and with that I feel my 35 years of diverse experience give me a unique perspective and insight on how to handle most any situation with residential design, construction and real estate transactions. My approach to business and life is to be ethical, open and honest. I tell my kids that “if your Grandma would be proud of you then it’s probably a good decision”. I try to live by this also and lead them and my associates by example. I’m into what I do, it’s part of who I am. The end game for me is building a lasting relationship with my clients’ and having a tireless work ethic for their project’s success, which builds my success and peace of mind.
